HOLISTIC THERAPY
- Reflexology(60 mins) £42
- This is a therapeutic foot treatment which uses various techniques working on pressure points of the feet. It is a very relaxing and soothing treatment and can benefit your physical and mental wellbeing. You will see benefits from one treatment but the effects of reflexology are cumulative and you are likely to benefit from a course of treatments, such as one every week for a certain amount of weeks.
- Hot Stone Reflexology(60 mins) £47
- A Hot Stone Reflexology treatment consists of a normal reflexology treatment which is adapted to use warming preheated basalt stones. The hot stones enable the therapist to work deeply but at the same time work gently. The combination of reflexology and deep heat allows for a high relaxing and beneficial treatment. A course of one treatment every six weeks in recommended in the first instance to gain the maximum benefit.
- Oncology Reflexology
- Reflexology & Massage therapy for people being treated for cancer. Available to those undergoing treatment and those in remission, please see my Oncology page for further details.
- Massage(60 mins) £42
- Full Body massage is the most well-known form of massage. It is the basis for all other types of massage. It works the soft tissues of the body by using long gliding strokes, easing every day stress and tension and promotes relaxation. A full body massage covers the back, neck and shoulders, back of legs, you will then turn to your front which will include arms, legs, hands feet, shoulders, upper chest, neck and head.
- Back, Neck & Shoulders massage(45 mins) £37
- This is a relaxing therapeutic massage, tailored to your needs, concentrating on areas that you have a problem with.

- Scalp Massage(30 mins) £32
- This treatment is performed whilst laying on the treatment bed. It conditions the scalp, eases stress and tension in the neck area. The massage incorporates upper chest, neck, head and face.
- Back, Neck & Shoulder plus scalp(60 mins) £42
- This is the combination of a Back, Neck and Shoulder massage with a Scalp massage added on. It is an hour long treatment but can be 30 minutes Back and 30 minutes Scalp, or 45 minutes Back and 15 minutes Scalp. The choice is yours! This will be discussed at your first consultation.
- Indian Head Massage(45 mins) £37
- Indian Head Massage is a very relaxing treatment and can help relax, soothe or invigorate the client. The therapist will massage the upper back, shoulders, neck face, scalp using different massage techniques and pressure points. It helps release tension and stress, promotes calm, relaxation and wellbeing. This treatment is seated and you can choose to have a massage balm used or have the treatment without.
- Hot Stone Massage
- Hot Stone Massage is a form of massage where the therapist massages with heated stones. The stones are smooth volcanic basalt stones which hold the heat for a long time and release it slowly. They are coated in oil which is smoothed onto the body. The heated stones are placed in key areas of the body as well as carry out then a massage is carried out with the stones as an extension of the hands.
As well as being deeply relaxing, the heat from the stones help to warm up the muscles allowing the therapist to carry out a deeper massage.

- LAVA SHELL MASSAGE
- Full Body Lava Shell Massage(75 mins) £52
- This is a pampering, indulgent and deeply relaxing treatment which combines the warmth of the shells with deeply relaxing massage techniques, creating a sense of balance to the entire body and mind. During the massage, the shells are worked over the palms, arms, feet and legs in slow deep moves to warm and de-stress. This is followed by a wonderfully tranquil massage on the back, neck and shoulder area to ease away all tension, knots and stress.
- Lava Shell Relax Back Massage(45 mins) £45
- The warmth from the Lava Shells allows deep relaxation in this bespoke back massage treatment. The shells glide over the back to warm and relax muscles. The focus then moves to specific massage techniques, working on pressure points and tension areas to ease stress and stiffness, delivering an intense and powerful massage treatment.
