APPOINTMENTS
⟡ Please allow 15 minutes extra for the first treatment to allow for a full consultation. This is at no extra charge.
⟡ If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time maybe shortened and the full cost of the treatment may apply.
⟡ Treatments for men are strictly by referral only.
⟡ Clients under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian will be requested to co-sign the consultation form. The parent or guardian will need to stay in the treatment room for the duration of the treatment.
⟡ Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self do not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items, during your treatment.
⟡ COVID-19, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment you will be sent a COVID-19 Risk Assessment form via email. Please complete and return the form at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. However, if you develop COVID symptoms between sending the form and the day of your treatment, please contact Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self to reschedule your treatment. The form will be signed at your treatment. If the form is not returned, Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self have the right to refuse to carry out your treatment.
⟡ Pregnancy – If you are pregnant or there is any chance you may be pregnant, please inform Anne Self before your treatment. No treatments will be carried out if you are in the first trimester. If Anne Self feels that the treatment may cause a risk to the pregnant client, Anne Self has the right to decline carrying out the treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
⟡ Please note, I kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
⟡ If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours is required otherwise 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. Missed appointments or no notice 75% of the treatment will be charged. If appointments are repeatedly missed a booking fee of 25% will be payable on your next treatment.
⟡ If there is repeated cancellations and late arrivals Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self state that full payment for treatments will be required upfront before future appointments can be booked.
⟡ Anne Self and Magnolia Wellbeing reserve the right to cancel any appointment and withdraw offers/promotions/refuse treatments at any time.
⟡ COVID-19 If you need to cancel your appointment at short notice because of COVID symptoms or a chronic medical conditions with symptoms that fluctuate each day, this will be considered on an individual basis.
PAYMENT, GIFT VOUCHERS & RECOMMENDATIONS
⟡ Payment to be made by cash or bank transfer at the time of each appointment, unless otherwise agreed by Anne Self and Magnolia Wellbeing.
⟡ All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. They must be used by their expiry date. No extension will be given.
⟡ Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can not be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. Any money left over will be put forward to next treatment.
⟡ If the treatment is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment then the voucher becomes null and void.
⟡ Recommend a friend - 50% discount applies once your friend has booked and received their treatment.
GENERAL INFORMATION
⟡ Information about clients is strictly confidential and will not be released to anyone, including your GP, without your consent. Client consultations and treatment notes will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless under 18 and has a care-giver or guardian.
⟡ Feedback and aftercare advise relating to your appointment, consultation or treatment provided by Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self will be given for you to gain the most benefit from the treatment. Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self do not take responsibility for any adverse reactions to any appointment, consultation or treatment if this aftercare advice has not been followed correctly, sufficiently or for the correct length of time.

Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self provides reflexology, massage and facial treatments. Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self do not claim to cure or diagnose any medical condition and if appropriate will recommend a referral to a GP or an allied healthcare professional.
It is the duty of the client to provide accurate up to date personal information and medical history, to the best of their knowledge and to keep Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self informed of any changes in medication, symptoms, treatments or medical concerns they are being investigated for at time of treatment.
Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self have the right to refuse, terminate or defer treatment to any client at her own discretion with just and reasonable cause. Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self reserve the right to terminate, refuse or defer any treatment at any time if they believe that it is not safe or in the client’s best interest to continue. Likewise, the client has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time, regardless of prior consent given.
Magnolia Wellbeing and Anne Self reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client, at her own discretion, refuse, discontinue or defer treatment if:
⟡ If the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of treatment;
⟡ If the client has withheld or not provided information relevant to treatment;
⟡ If the client’s actions, words or behaviour are inappropriate or of a sexual nature;
⟡ If the client is threatening, aggressive or violent, or in any way poses a risk to the therapist.
PLEASE NOTE: In this instance full payment is still required and no refund will be given.
